Greetings and welcome to the music page of one Frynge Grid-Jumper. The music here was made...because it was fun. Don't expect anything ground-breaking or spectacular...but grab everything you want, listen, close your eyes and just enjoy it, let it take you away.
If you're a DJ, feel free to take the stuff and remix it into anything you wish. it's all here free for the taking, just send me a copy too!

Why this name?
It's the name of the persona I take on when I'm online. It's my way of presenting my online form. The name just...happened. came out of nowhere as I was sitting and drinking a hot chocolate.
Do you play live?
Only once for my dear friend Audri...I threw together a song with her just sitting there, since she was curious. She was a girl of about 9 years...and another music lover was born.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the companies are exagerrating a lot of the effects. MP3 is not a whole lot different than someone recording their favourite song off of the radio onto a cassette tape in the old days. maybe people I know that download mp3s also usually buy the cd later, since they decided they liked the band from the few samples they could get. In fact, due to this experience, I believe mp3 technology is helping the recording industry. They just won't get with the times and admit it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nah! I only do this for fun...I don't want money. I just want people to have something they can listen to when they're bored or maybe driving in their hyped-up sports cars. :)
Band History:
Not much of a history...just that I've since the creation of these songs, lost all my tools and samples in a hard drive crash...so it could be some time before new content comes along...the music IS the history.
Your influences?
My biggest influence was KFMF, otherwise known as the Kosmic Free Music Foundation...formerly known as KLF. I originally wanted to do mod tracking, and you may note a lot of my music has that sort of feel to it.
Favorite spot?
Fall Creek Falls State Park. BEAUTIFUL place...it's in middle Tenn...go see it someday. Especially buzzard's roost.
Equipment used:
Mainly I used my own PC to churn out these tunes. The samples were all free on the web. To get these I'd generally just browse various sites until I found something that sounded interesting. My songs are a collection of a lot of samples I just ran into, really. Listen close to "Full Tilt Banzai!!" and you'll notice the very obvious akira-esque xylophone sample for instance. :)
Anything else...?
DOOM! GRAPHICS AND DOOM! Yes, that's a big shout-out to my favourite DJ Dragonboy! Keep it up, bro, kick some more tail out there!
