I'm just a guy who has played the piano for awhile. I've never played in a band, but a group of friends and myself are trying to get a small one together just for the heck of it. My playing is mostly for stress relief.
Why this name?
I like my band name...its my name!
Do you play live?
Haven't played for an audience other than weddings and funerals...sad huh? Did play in church for seven years.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Will? It already has. I think it's great that sites like this let small artists showcase their talents to the world without spending a ton of money on promotion or distribution. The internet music revolution is far from over...it'll go on and on.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Band History:
Started playing when I was around 13 because my parents started paying for piano lessons. Lessons just weren't my thing though...quit after 2 years of them and after going through three different teachers. I played for several years in church before I moved off to college and now I play mostly just to pass the time away or for stress relief.
Your influences?
I've always loved piano music...Elton John, Billy Joel, Joshua Kadison. I also love piano mixed with rock...like in some Skynard, Black Label, and Evanescence.
Favorite spot?
Gotta love Blacksburg, VA...home, sweet home...GO HOKIES!!
