play lo-fi play hi-fi  Ghost Eyes---Work in progress
Our genre is not constant. There are times that we work in acoustic, there are times we have a metal sound, but always, no matter what, we will put everything we are into our music. Some groups say, we live for the music and nothing else. I tell you that we live for the music, but that's not the most important part. We are here for the fans, for the people. We are here to help people through difficult times and let them know that they aren't alone in the world. Our dream is to reach out to the people as other musicians have reached out and touched us deeply, and in some cases, may have saved our lives. Our music reflects our own experiences and beliefs. We will not represent something that we don't feel or know about. If you hear us say it, that's how we feel. Hopefully everyone will understand that we don't sing about morbid events because we approve of them, we speak of such things because at least one of us has been there and wants to show others that they really aren't the only ones who have had shitty lives. We live for the music, everything else is secondary.
Why this name?
The member of the band has had a rather rough life full of 'inhibitions' of sorts and those restraints have been removed, providing a sort of release, therefor, "Lost Inhibitions"
Do you play live?
We don't play live yet due to the fact that we need more members.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I believe that the internet helps promote the music industry because it allows access to the artist pages so you can learn more about the people and groups that you like and get to know them at a slightly more intamate level.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell yeah, that's our goal.
Band History:
There's no actual 'band history' yet. Jay has played in another band that had no name, but that's the extent of our history.
Your influences?
We are influenced by a number of people, styles, and bands, as well as personal experiences. Everything from Avril Lavigne to Nightwish to Disturbed to Manson have influenced us musicly, but we have out own unique style. We're not trying to be like anyone else. We're not going to be the next Linkin Park. That's not our goal. Our goal is for others to want to be the next us.
Favorite spot?
I like big cities, personally, just because it's easier to find sponsors and supporters.
Equipment used:
Guitars used are Schecter C-1; Ibanez Roadstar II; and a Johnson acoustic. Marshall amps are used. Effects are all Ibanez, Boss, and Zoom pedals.
