Page Fortysix
NEWS   1.21.08: Page Fortysix may soon be represented by recent Milwaukee-area startup Extendedplay. Look for it. Happy dance time, for realz.

9.28.07: Good nooz! I'm on it, I'm ready to go, and all I need is someone to play with. My bandmates are not doing anything. This is not a pipe dream, guys. I really want to do this.
Other than that I am amazing and ready to make you dance crazily. New songs are getting written by my busy little fingers in the now!

9.2.06: Well, the filling station's closed and i'm living near chicago now, I just moved, so shows aren't gonna be starting real soon. I just started adding to my repertoire this evening. This whole one-man hiatus got me back on track and i'm through with pumping out random sh*** tunes and happy hardcore instrumentals. I need to get a lot of stuff out that's been getting me down and pissing me off. So as soon as I replace some of the drum samples I accidentally deleted back in July, you can all look forward to some explorations in fear and beauty. Peace.

8.6.05: I'm gonna ask at da Filling Station this weekend about performing there. 855 S. Main St. West Bend, WI 53095. (262) 306-1199. It's not final yet, I'll post again when I've got the gig…

Also I think I might start playing there fairly regularly as other venues have proved few an thin.

4.7.05: Adam of Page Fortysix is performing/DJing at the Ozaukee High Post-Prom Party thingamawotsit!

1.20.05: For all interested in a P46 performance I am considering a live show at the Filling Station, West Bend, WI. More details as they coalesce.

11.13.04: Sad and sorry news, people: on the night thereof, Page Fortysix had to cancel their Serutangis Appearance. This is the second time in a row this has happened to a concert. Bad deal.

11.5.04: We're getting a mixer!!!!!!!!!!
it's a fifty-dollor behringer. yeah, I'm sort of cheap right now...

Page Fortysix is the name of a kind of music that you'll never hear anywhere else.

Predominantly electronic, but filled with the uncertain jelly center of a soul experimental and random in its direction.

Guaranteed, you'll hear what you want to hear, but every song is different, every recording, whatever length or style or form of delivery, is an equal expression of some component of a boy with a deep desire to be expressed.
Why this name?
So there was this page number... and all of the sudden I thought, whoa, that's a mighty fine page number.
Do you play live?
Page Fortysix play live with some kind of buttoned-down abandon. Every performance created is like no other that came before it.
Band History:
Page Fortysix was an experiment and a collision. The experiment came before the collision, but the collision nearly killed it. The birth of Page Fortysix was an improbable instance of post-modern reality, for every word of its story is very literally fact.

What doesn't kill you helps you to see what you nearly could have lost.
