A girl in a Starbucks in Santiago, Chile wrote it on the side of my coffee cup and it kind of stuck.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet is the best and worst thing to happen to the world in living memory. The second worse thing is reality TV.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No, probably not. What's the point in taking the risk? They could shelve you, drop you or worse and all the time they own you and everything you do. I couldn't take the chance that I wouldn't be able to make music. That's my life. I don't need the money that much.
Your influences?
Lot's of influences. Every piece of music you've ever heard motivates you in some way. Obvious ones would be Stevie Wonder, Hendrix, Bill Withers, Air, 4Hero, The Rotary Connection, Parliament and a few others.
Favorite spot?
Brighton, UK.
