singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, Emily Jones, shares her sultry, ethereal, and melodic music.
Her talent is for the weird, groovy, and exotic.

Why this name?

I'm a solo artist, original singer/songwriter and this is my name.
On the music you hear I play all guitars and bass, sing all vocals, play djembe and hybrid fujara, record, mix, and produce everything. On the Chimerical Illusion album, my friend Jeff Willet plays all drums and percussion.

Do you play live?

When the opportunity arises.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think the internet makes it possible for otherwise unheard of musicians to share their music. It can only add to the music industry.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I would be interested.

I have two favorite cities: San Francisco, CA. (I was raised there), and Baltimore, MD.
