To enrapture is to delight intensly and that's exactly what the ladies of Enrapture do. With their soulful yet edgy and original music, they bring a sound all their own. Compared to the likes of Destiny's Child, 3LW, TLC, ect. the girls are set apart. Being so young with such a huge amount of talent is rare to find but Enrapture brings it to the table with the Down South Trio. The youngest member, Drea, is labeled as the MC of the group, while 16-year-old VC is the vocalist of the group. With a harmony uniquely heard and a look to comfort the most up-tight, the ladies are ready to be showcased and have their talent heard.
Why this name?
A flip of the dictionary...and a clash of personalities.
Do you play live?
Yes we do play live at any events that we can catch whether it be talent shows or radio appearances ect. We love to perform especially as a group...We won our talent show and that was a pretty big highlight but it's just the beginning :D
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the internet gives more underground and unknown acts, like Enrapture, the chance to be heard and recognized and it gives music fans a less commercial look into the music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on who it is and what it is that they have to offer...
Band History:
2004 marked the year for the creation of Enrapture and their dynamite singles such as "Love at First Sight", "Dirty South", nd "Satisfy You Pt. II" but their first ever single collectively was the fan favorite, "Got No Time"
2005 marks the beginning of the Enrapture Era. With a talent show win under their belt within a few weeks of the new year, there's no telling what the ladies have in store for the rest of the era.
