Misery started in minneapolis in the year 1987.We've kept true to our sound and politics through out our history.We have too many released to list but a list can be found on our myspace page or our web site.

We play mostly in Mpls and tour once in a great while.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
its a good way to find good bands and a good way to introduce your band to a wide variety of computer freaks.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Never have and never will, we are a diy punk band at heart.
Band History:
Misery formed in 1987 in Minneapolis and released their first two single On a nonexistent label called A.Y.F.With help from Felix who went on to form Havoc Records. We have worked with many labels, Profane Existence, Skuld Releases, Crimes Against Humanity,Havoc,Rodent Popsicle, GoKart,GTGP, Elderberry,Sin Fronteras and a few more.
Your influences?
We are influenced by this racist, sexist, homophobic, patriotic, idiotic, nationalistic, wartorn world that we live in.It sickens us and that is why we exist.To spit in the faces of the masters of slaves.This is our world too!

We are currently writing material for another LP/CD which will be out sometime in 2006 if all goes as planned.
