My name is Keirstie, and i am a singer/songwriter and producer. Currently i am well on my way to recording my first Record this fall. Exciting! I will co-write and co-produce. Genre of music i am pursuing is, Pop Rock and alternative. Keep and ear out for me!
Why this name?
My real name is Kristi...but i wanted something unique so i went for Keirstie. It just clicked with me.
Do you play live?
Sang live once in my cousins band.. Loved it. I am meant to be an entertainer. Love the spotlight!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet for me had been a huge way of getting heard by many different people. There are so many talent sites that you can join where you have a great chance at getting heard. I got my big break by joining a major talent site!! It can happen!!!!! So keep posting your music!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Major record label.... Hmmm. Well it depends on what the contract is all about. You can get messed with easly. But yeah!
Your influences?
No doubt, Evanescence, Aaliyah, Mariah Carey, Jewel, Gosh so many..... Linkin Park, Korn, .... List goes on.
Favorite spot?
STUDIO, WHERE I CAN BE WORKING AND MAKING KICK ASS MUSIC!

When i record at home...i use Cakewalk (lol, hey it gets the job done) and Fruity Loops!

I will update this page as much as possible so that you can listen to my projects. This music will not be on my CD...its just me getting my emotions and feelings out musically.
