People always called us both D so it just became D- Dose .

We both love to perform , we would take a stage over a studio on any giving day . Most times its the hardest to get us to stop doin are thing once we start we just wanna keep going .

For us its a beautiful tool , some might not like it because they want the dollars , but we want our music heard any way possible .

D-dose, hailing from Vancouver Island, consists of two memebers; Fatty Down and Suga -D also members of the Innersoulflow family. These two artists have been entertaining ears and crowds for over a decade now. In the summer of '99 their hobby and passion became a complete determination and the two have not looked back since. Their first album (Moments in time) turned into a local classic. Featured artists included Jeff Spec (City PLanners), Mysterious Midnight (Telepathics), Rick Thret and Kava one(Homegrown inc). From there came the Innersoulflow lp (The best kept secret) with fellow Isf members Mils Mass, Lucas, and Ekwol. The disk also features Luckyiam P.S.C. from (the living ledgens) and Disturbed a local female emcee. Next came the mini project Out on a limb. -"you can get it from your local HIPHOP HEAD." These two have worked with several differant artists in many genres of music. They are constantly creating new sounds and overcoming rap and music industry steriotypes. Currently they are working on their next release D-SIDES with productions from Mils, Stelos, V- flows, Blitz, Fatty Down, Suga D, Aries, Lucas, Weirdo and Mass. which will be out September of '04. Also they are working on the "D-Dose Double Disc" featuring artists from across the globe with production from Mills. Watch for the new Innersoulflow album due out Summer of '05.

We both enjoy so many varietys of music from Living ledgens to Ice cube to Paul Simon from Moka only to Billy Joel .all music all the time all influential if your hear it properly ..

Tim Hortons ...Chinese buffets and in front of the Tv on Hockey nights ...

We use our minds our hearts our tounges a vs880 expanded Mpc 3000, the computer live instruments a mic and all the time we can get and of course God .
