dayDREAMers are Kimitsu, Koneko, & Kagome.
Why this name?
It sounded and looked cool for a pop group. No, really. Just look at it! Also, one of our influences is the J-pop group "dream".
Do you play live?
We'd like to try live, but we can't seem to get the choreography down.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No. Considering our little secret, no.
Band History:
dayDREAMers was formed in 2002 by Kimitsu, who liked to sing but didn't think she was very good at it. Koneko and Kagome were two of her friends who were also in her Japanese classes, and while Koneko didn't mind singing, Kagome did. She recruited them anyways, and suffered much poking for it.

dayDREAMers is part of a bigger group called Angelique, composed of 7 (soon to be 8) girls in total. Kagome, Kimitsu, and Koneko were the three who spoke Cantonese, along with being in the same Japanese class, and easily clicked. While Kimitsu was the one who formed the group, Kagome is the actual leader, being the eldest and the most responsible.

In photo shoots, however, they stand in height/age order, so Kimitsu is stuck in the middle. It's also convenient when Kagome and Koneko decide they want to poke her.
Your influences?
We all enjoy J-pop, Kimitsu in particular. Kagome also plays the flute, and doesn't really like singing, but we make her.
Favorite spot?
Tokyo, Japan
Anything else...?
Kagome and Kimitsu are also part of a duet group called gemini, and have one duet song on our cover album, "dayDREAMing".

If it helps to identify who's who, Koneko has the kid voice, Kagome has the deeper voice, and Kimitsu has the one left over. Kimitsu also sings solo, as can be seen here.
