Where to start? We have a deep passion for the music we write and play.
Why this name?
The book of Job in the bible is an amazing story and hopefully, like Job, we'll get to the point where we can look back and know it was all worth it.
Do you play live?
Do we play live? Hell yeah! We've played all over... French Rivera, Greenbelt Festival, as many venues as will have us. We love to play anywhere as long as there's energy and passion coming back from the audience - no one likes to play in front of narky drunks - but in front of the right crowd the we draw from them just as they do from us.

Special moments? Frontman Martens had a mild asthma attack onstage and ended us having to crawl off while the band kept going. The audience thought it was part of the show and absolutely loved it! The then-recovered Martens came back on a couple of songs later and we carried on.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Without a doubt. The big companies are realising just how little control they have over what people listen to and how bands distribute their material. The net's been a huge help for us getting our music out to an audience we otherwise would have had no way of reaching without TV. People just have to be aware that artists have slogged their guts out to make the music that is so easily downloadable - If you like what you hear, buy the album :o)
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. This is what we intend to do for a living and as unromantic as it seems, we need money. However, if a smaller label with fairer contract terms offered us less money but still enough, we'd be happier there. 'Enough is as good as a lot'
Band History:
Formed in 1998 - the band underwent numerous changes to the line-up until bizarrly settling on the original. Since then we've been going through gig season and songwriting seasons punctuated by the odd recording season. It might sound like a very business-like way to do things but it's given us amazing strength in all areas and ensured we lived up to our album reputation onstage.
Your influences?
Musical influences:
RHCP, Nirvana (it may be cliche but thast doesn't stop them from being great), Smashing Pumpkins etc
Songwriting/lyrical influences:
Counting Crows, Leonard Cohen, Crowded House, Paul Simon, Suzanne Vega etc

We aim for someting that will stimulate your aural sensors. Fluid melodies, driving rhythm and vocals which we can honestly claim to be both unique and charming
Favorite spot?
Can't speak for the rest of the band but for me it's got to be next to the sea. Manchester's nice but the ocean is just hypnotising and moving.
Equipment used:
Amps: Fender Twin Deluxe, Peavey Classic 30, Trace Elliot bass rig
Guitars: Samick HT, Aria Pro2, Musicman Stingray.
Anything else...?
