An acoustic one man band. I play a bunch of different instruments. I'm not really great in any one of them, but I know enough to play them and to sound at least good in all of them.
Why this name?
Simply, with my initials and my alias.
Do you play live?
I just like to play in front of my friends and mostly people I know.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think most websites like to exploit the artists, and purposly play and give their music just so they don't have to go out and but them. But then again, those people in general are cheap and theives and they would be despite of the internet and P2P. They would find a way to steal music and other material anyhow. But I think SOundclick.com is a very awsome website, that helps promoteaspiring artists and helps everyone become more musically inclined. This website really has inspired me to do a lot more musically, just to share it on here and to listen to others that don't have million dollar contracts. Hell, I'd rather listen to these amateurs any day. Because they can make sometimes better quality music than those people with astronomical budgets.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course. Not only would I be able to experiment with better equipment, I would also be reaching more people.
Band History:
I tried starting a few bands up in the past, but all of them failed miserably. I couldn't find anyone as serious as me, and conflicts always arose. So I felt the best bet would be to start out solo. Then get a band. See how that works.
Your influences?
For the style I make here, I would have to say Jack Johnson, Dashboard Confessional, and America. But I listen to all kinds of music, from Gangsta Rap to Blue Grass, and Punk rock to Classical, and every thing in between.
Favorite spot?
I love Winter Park FLorida. It's just so beautiful here, but because I've lived here for long enough, and have no more friends here, I long for more.
