Maybe, it depends of which major label it is, cause there is alot of major labels that control you so much. And we don`t want that shit. We like to be on small labels that we know we can do the f*** we want, and still be safe.

Decaying Womb was founded in late 2002 by Cristo, Lars and Will in Oslo.Cristo and Lars were both influenced by Metal and Punk Music. They are both from east Oslo.

From the start the music has been focused on hard elements, alternative rythms and melodies from hardcore, punk and metal. Decaying Womb makes their own music, and focuses on having their own sound, without being tied to the traditional rules for song composition.

Decaying Womb has a critical view on society, which is build upon our own excperiences about drug abuse, the feeling of despair, media values and falling out of society`s firm boundries. This comes out in a cathartical way thru lyrical and musical content.
