I chose to call my project "It's A Scam" as I'm tired of all the nonsense in the music industry... it seemed fitting

Haven't played live with this project yet.. I'm still trying to find vocalists!

CD sales have dramatically dropped, and peoples ears have become accustomed to the poor quality of mp3s.. sad in some ways; but there's no reason a CD should cost $20+, stick it to the man

Of course, provided I could make money from said deal..

Started making electronic based music in 2001 with Oatmeal Jockstrap... It was very primative and not very coherant, but such is the way of experimentation sometimes. Shortly thereafter started a new electro-rock project, Starot., with Teddy Tazer.. played one show, but bombed due to various circumstances (mostly lack of practice!). Went back to solo stuff as It's A Scam shortly thereafter

Some of my influences are early industrial such as Nitzer Ebb, Front 242 and the like, branching out into newer, heavier industrial such as Strapping Young Lad, Unit: 187, Ladytron, Felix Da Housecat, Adult., etc.

Vancouver Island.. It's just so peaceful
