DOWN TO BUSINESS:

*LEASING*
1. Leasing ranges from $50- $100

2. With a lease you can use the beat for up to 2500 mixtapes, online promotion, and demos/shows.

3. NO RADIO AND NO ALBUMS. (You need to buy exclusives to do that)


*EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS*

1. Grants you exclusive use of the track. The track will not be leased any longer and will be marked as sold. You will have all commercial rights, except Reselling the track. All production credit must be given to Kastle for Kastle Productions.

2. Exclusive rights are $300, unless stated otherwise.

*SIDE NOTES*

1. If the Pricing is too high, I can work something out with you.. (it's more about the music to me than the money)

2. Once you Purchase a beat, Ill Send you a dvd disk including: untagged beat in MP3 and Wav format, and all the individual instruments that make up the beat.

3. I will also send you a signed Contract, detailing the terms and conditions.
