Heterodyne is a two man band for now. We focus more on recording rather than playing live for now.
Why this name?
Heterodyne was up in the air for a while. The name of the band was undecided for a while but after one album and and many gigs, the name is finally here to stay.
Do you play live?
We do play live and love it.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The Internent brings the world to your finger-tips and has opened doors for bands and musicians to be heard across the world at any given time.

Band History:
Juan, guitaris of Heterodyne was walking across a yard one evening when he came across the sound of drums coming from the house next door. Juan knew it was coming from Matt's house. Drummer of Heterodyne. Juan knew that Matt played drums but didn't know how well Matt could keep a beat. They got together and practiced a few songs. Few weeks later they were playing live and recording their first album.
Your influences?
We are influenced by all sorts of bands and many types of music. Here are a few influences: Bealtes, U2, Talking Heads, Nirvana, Perfect Circle, Tears for Fears, Oasis, Switchfoot, Three days Grace.
Equipment used:
Epiphone Guitars, Pearl drums,Yamaha bass.

Juan plays guitar, bass, vocals. Matt plays drums some guitar and some backup vocals.
