NOTE: If you are using paypal, we have to receive the payment before anything is given to you. Once you have emailed me and we have agreed upon a price, a paypal link will be sent to you for you to purchase the beat. Upon payment, I will send you the wav file and the compressed mp3.

RIGHTS

Free Instrumentals : You have the right to use the instrumental for any mixtapes, demos, or other small projects. However, if you plan on selling more than 500 copies of the track, you should purchase the exclusive rights which are $25 (for all tracks marked for free download below unless otherwise stated).

Exclusive rights ($50-$250): You will receive the right to use the instrumental for any number of commercial uses that you so desire, and no one else will be able to use it unless they previously purchased a lease already. You are still expected to credit us with producing the beat. (There are exceptions to this price range)

Leasing rights ($15): Gives you the right to use the instrumental for one commercial use, including any demo tapes or etcetera. You may only sell up to 2000 units with these rights. After which you must purchase the beat again at the exclusive price minus what you paid originally for the lease.
