Why this name?
An oscillator generally consists of an amplifier having part of its output returned to the input by means of a feedback loop;the frequency at which an oscillator works is usually determined by a quartz crystal. When a direct current is applied to such a crystal,it vibrates at a frequency that depends on its thickness;and on the manner in which it is cut from the original mineral rock. Some oscillators employ combinations of inductors,resistors,and/or capacitors to determine the frequency. However, the best stability (constancy of frequency) is obtained in oscillators that use quartz crystal.

When an Oscillator generates a sound,it actually generates a waveform or a shape. The oscillator does this continuously. The rate at which it generates each cycle of the waveform is what we hear as pitch.Pitch is measured in Hertz (Hz):where one Hertz is one cycle per second. All this means is that when you play a note on the keyboard, the oscillator will generate the waveform(or shape) at that intended pitch. If you pressed "A3" (the note "A" just below middle "C"),the waveform will be generated at a rate of 440 cycles per second (ie;440Hz)This is true for any tuned instrument.

440hz is also considered standard pitch or"concert pitch" and is used as a reference for tuning oscillators...My music is the complete antithesis of traditional music theory.
Do you play live?
Not since 2006.I wanted to focus on the writing. When my CD is done,I will start a limited tour and monthly shows in Denver....If the New world order doesn't have me locked up in some camp.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Mp3's are garbage. All of this time we spent on perfecting digital and analog music disks and some jackass had to destroy it...His intentions were good;a compact file that could be sent over the internet...but we should be sending each other Wave files by now.

In France,Germany and other European countries, people have fiber optic connections at home. Here in America, the major cable companies were cut off from loans to update their systems. If it wasnt for the smaller cable companies handeling things for themselves,we would not even have cable.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, Ant zen records or Metropolis.
