Vocalist Angst grew up in Buffalo, NY.
On how lyrically DD approaches uncommon ground. “Lyrics are like movie scripts…if Cannibal Corpse is horror, we’re non-fiction self-help. That’s how we DEFINE DIVINE. We help ourselves. These lyrics heal me. I’ve always been an outcast and high strung. I’ve always had excessive nervous energy. Kids teased me & asked me why my hands shake so much. I took exception. Heavy music got me through high school.”

Angst met Maine lobster fisherman turned beach bum, Bezl in Daytona Beach, Florida. They formed what became known as Pimpslap the Atmosphere. They had developed a cult following touring on the east coast and played many shows. “We’ve been playing together for over ten years. Bezl is a valuable presence as a front line player. He comes right at you. We complement each other in the music physically & mentally, He is all about the music.”

Guitar player / Tone smith Shizz had most recently shared the stage with MARILYN MANSON, His previous band, NEUROTICA toured on the 2002 “OZZFEST.”

Adrian SOS co-wrote most of the songs on the debut DEFINE DIVINE full- length release due out this fall. He really likes beer.
Members have been fortunate enough to share the stage with favorite bands such as Corrosion of Conformity, Marilyn Manson, Mindless Self Indulgence, Overkill, Perfect Circle, & Tool.
