"Bloody River Records" (Formerly "Muddy River Records") is owned by Dustin Carter since 1999. "Dark Hills Gang" is a group consisting of Dustin Carter (CRaZY tha CoBRA) and David Roberts (Joka33) formed in late 2002 under the label "Bloody River Records".

Dustin Carter (CRaZY tha CoBRA) brought on David Roberts (Joka33) as a producer and fellow band mate. Together as the "Dark Hills Gang" They unleashed the albums "Blown Out Candle" and "The Broken Church" upon the Horrorcore scene and are considered by many to be one of the most influential groups of the Underground Horror Rap scene. They are also credited for ex-band mate Lil Folk's album, "My Life Begins..."


CRaZY tha CoBRA has also worked on several collaborations within the Horrorcore and Memphis Underground Rap scene.
