We've entered a competition called Katapult in Middelfart on Fri. the 25/02-05. We will play, along with 2 other upcoming bands at 11 pm...

We've just played our debut concert the 26th. It was a great night, with a great audience! We were a little overwhelmed to se so many people gathered because of us, but most of all pleased! Thanks to all of you who were there, or wanted to be there!

We have just posted 2 new songs on the site called "Your Absence" And "Weary thoughts of Mr. Gone". They are both recorded live without audience. It's really just a sneak peak untill we can afford some studiotime... But please feel free to listen, and maybe post a comment on the messageboard... Enjoy!

Hi again.
We've just spend the weekend recording 2 songs completely live. It took place in a concerthall at Ungdommens Hus. With no one but ourselves, the people who helped out and candlelights we succesfully recorded three songs live. It has been a great experience for all of us, and we have gotten to know each other on a different level. At this time, we are about to add the finishing touch to the sound and then it's a wrap. The songs will be posted soon, so keep an eye on the site the following week. bye bye now...

It's not enough for us to write good songs, we also want people to "feel" them, so we record everything as live as possible...

Band History:
Back in November 2003 Steffen and Lisa got the idea for what now is the foundations of lisa vegas. The basics were to keep the values and sounds of rock combined with the essence of the singer/songwriter genre. The band was at first born as a trio, with outside musicians on piano and bass. Thomas was the obvious choice for a drummer, since Steffen and he had played together on more than one ocasion. About a month later from the first steps, Anders got in the picture. With social-minded spirit and convincing skills, he now was the 4th and last member of lisa vegas. The band immediately started writing songs and try out new material, and somehow along the road the original focus on genres, moved and build further into what became a wide mix of sounds and emotions. Later on Annemette became the outside musician to play organ/piano.
For now, the band stays active finishing songs and preparing new material for both live and record purposes…

I don't think we could agree about that, but due to our name we might say Las Vegas...
