The name really chose us. We wanted to do our part and help save the world from the invasion of the Crappy Teeny Bopper Bands, (CTBB for short). So the superhero’s inside of us came to be known as the Vita Men. And X is just a cool letter, #24 you know. We’ve all been fond of the letter X since we discovered it in child hood.

We play in the New England and East coast areas but branching out as far as we can. We recorded the song "Doin it with the doors open" in California in the summer of 99' We are currently finishing our new album in New England.

If we made it big we would continue to work just as hard as we do now to deliver a kickass show to our fans.

An Eclectic group of men walked into a Bar. The six with a sundry of backgrounds. An ex-porno superstar, topless dancer and even Steven Hawking’s Tae Bo instructor. So one says to the bar tender, “Got Milk”. So the six got together and formed a band.
