Why this name?

My last name is Hudak n my friends always called me Hootie. So it just stuck n I used it 2 rap with.

Do you play live?

I love playing live. I've only done it a couple times but when I do it...it gets done right.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It changes it in a huge way 4 underground artists because if it wasn't 4 these web sites, none of our music would get heard by anybody else but our friends n peers. So I think the internet is an upside 4 underground artists whereas big time names don't get as much...they get screwed if anything.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Of course. Any money is good money. Especially millions!

Your influences?

O man...my biggest musical influence is 2Pac. I can listen 2 him 4 weeks at a time n not get bored. I mean he always put me in a mood 2 write. Other influences are Eminem, 50 Cent, the Outlawz, LL Cool J, Snoop, Dre, Lloyd Banks, Method Man n so many others

Favorite spot?

Gotta be LA. I love LA wit a passion. I've always wanted 2 ride up n down Sunset Boulevarde all day just I love bein in Cali.
