Originally formed in 1999 as a cover band that went no where, Glizten is now generating original music and has some new members. Our music is hard to describe as we are not trying to fit in any particular genre. We just play whatever fits the song we are working on. Sometimes it's hard-core, other times it's softer and more melodic. Each member has a genuine passion for music and we hope, as do every other band here, to some day "make it" playing our songs.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Mp3's and digital media have revolutionized the music industry. It has made it much easier for garagebands to spread their music around and has knocked down many hurdles.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
