Norm Stinson has been playing guitar and singing since he was a kid. His family and friends have been the only ones who knew. Only about a year ago did he begin to come out of his shell and play in front of “strangers” at open mics and coffee shops. Norm has been well received by his peers.
Norm enjoys playing music, but never sacrifices life’s other rewards, such as family and friends. He has a unique balance in his life and it shows in his music.
Norm’s musical style is quite diverse. His original songs vary from roots rock to roots country/blues. He really enjoys covering songs from a wide variety of artist. From the Allman Brothers to The Cure. From Hank Williams to Elvis Costello. Throw in some Neil Young, Chris Issak, Rod Stewart, and The Dixie Chicks, and soon you’ll be tapping your toes and singin’ along.
