I've been playing guitar for about a year and writing lyrics for about as long. Just recently I've started actually trying to write whole songs.
I don't really know what category it fits into.. it's acoustic now though. That's a specific as I can be. When I actually get other band members maybe it will evolve into something more.

It's the name of a Modest Mouse song.
Do you play live?
Not yet.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes it does, but not in a big way at all. Anyone with a computer has the ability to access music that even 5 years ago wouldn't have a shot. Money might be lost but I'm pretty sure all of the major labels and artists involved with them are eating.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would if the situation was right.

Your influences?
Very broad range of influence but most of which I am unable to incorporate into my own music at this time due to lack of funds and other people with instruments. But I like Modest Mouse, Radiohead, Nirvana, Metallica, The Beatles, The Shins, Ugly Casanove, and much more.
Favorite spot?
My favorite spot is any spot I've never been to.. this way it stays perfect in my mind.
