With a profound interest in math and demons, a dislike for my music scene, a lot of free time, I began a series of musical expirementations.
Why this name?
Calculus - lus.
Faust = demon.
Calcu + Faust = there ya go.

Do you play live?
Not yet, although I'd like to. Although I can imagine people will get pissed when they realize it's just a kid with a computer.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helped it. Free music doesn't kill the industry, horrible bands and bad records kill the industry.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I wouldn't mind getting paid, but it won't happen.
Band History:
6 - 18 - 2k4: The first demo is released. And so the battle begins.
Your influences?
Some of the stuff is very much influenced by Still-era Nine Inch Nails and some of the quieter Marilyn Manson songs. The guitar oriented stuff is more influenced by cKy, and cheesy metal in general. The minimalist stuff is just things I thought would be cool.
Favorite spot?
I don't feel like I have home, but I life places that let me feel safe.
