The greatest dead band that ever lived.
Why this name?
From Jim Morrison's "Horse Latitudes" -- "Legs furiously pumping/their stiff green gallop."
Do you play live?
We played live and we loved it. We don't play live anymore, unless it's at our place.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Dunno. Seems the same from here.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Oh yeah...a big one, too.
Band History:
Furiously Stiff is Caesar Agnasticus and Winston Jesus. We use the 4-track to its fullest potential. We very rarely record any music while in the prescence of one another -- instead, we mail tracks back and forth to each other without any instruction whatsoever. Occasionally we create what one would consider a song.
Your influences?
Prince, Ween, Tenacious D
Favorite spot?
New York City
Equipment used:
We use everything from household appliances (kitchen utensils, laundry baskets) to traditional instruments like bass & guitar.
Anything else...?
All of you are robots and we are the only ones who know it.
