Why this name?
Well it came about around 1998 as the members were searching for a band name... Came across a few and singer"nate dray" came up with the name.I think we are named after winston churchill.
Do you play live?
Yes for many many years and yes we love playing live.SPECIAL MOMENTS.... There have been many of those,but one show we played at this hudge party at dale weaver's house in a big field... We were playing a AC-DC song i think and at the end of the song,these big fireworks exploded right along with the ending...making it like some big stage show! 300 hundred people went nuts... That we will allways remember.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's great for unsigned bands& i dont think it changes the music industry at all.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes ...in a heart beat
Band History:
Church hill began in 1998 with...Nate dray(guitar/vocals),chris jones(bass),doug risinger(guitar/lead) and Donhead(drums/b.vocals).The band put out4 demo releases and hundreds of demo cass tapes and cds through local shows.
Your influences?
Black sabbath,led zeppilen,cream,pantera...bunch of shit!!

Where ever we are
