Dennis the Chemist is a producer/artist creating his own projects and helping others see the light of day.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet makes an artists music available to just about anyone. Now instead of having to throw a thousand demos out to people you can give them your web adress.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No, look at what has become of mainstream music. Look at how artists are mistreated unless they are platinum. The underground labels around right now are making great music and the artists are getting better deals.
Band History:
Dennis the chemist has been playing music since the age of 11 and producing since 7th grade.
Your influences?
My musical influences are too numerous to list but I love all kinds off jazz, hip hop and folk.
Favorite spot?
Albuquerque is a great town, it is the most laid back city I have ever seen and I have seen a lot of cities.
