Band History:
Smokey Delicious was founded in early 2003. One man, one vision.
Your influences?
I came of age on Pink Floyd, punk rock, Paul Oakenfold, Van Dyk, Sasha & Digweed, Nick Warren, Christopher Lawrence, Seb Fontaine, Sander Kleinenberg, Deepsky, and the other big-ticket DJ acts. Locally, I like DJ Onyx (Los Angeles) and DJ CRT (Irvine), Kazy (though he moved to New Zealand or somewhere). I haven't heard any good trance DJs locally in a while. Tiesto came a few times, but I'm not as into his new stuff as his mix on Revolution.
Favorite spot?
San Francisco. I used to live there and I miss it.
Equipment used:
Sonic Foundry
