Shave sounds edgy like our music, it makes us sound sharp, smooth, heavy and clean all with just one word. It just fits our sound.

Our goal is to showcase our music live, but we are currently looking for a drummer and bassist. I think the songs are strong enough to get us signed and the two of us are dedicated and hungry for success in our song writing careers. We need players that are willing to give no less than everything they can to the band.

Internet and computer advancement both have radically changes various aspects of the industry but for the most part you still need to be good and people still have to like what you do so you are marketable. We have a studio in our basement and we did these recordings on our own, but they still don't do justice to what a proper studio engineer and or producer could do.

That is our goal. We are talented at writing songs. We have a goal and specific style that we are trying to market, but the resources a label can give us is far too important to overlook and ignore.

We were both in what I call elementary bands, the bands that you learn how to play with others, and gain confidence in yourself and your craft. We then formed a band called the Scheme, what I would call a sophmore group because everyone was talented and said they wanted to do all this musical mayhem but even though the band got alot of respect and was accepted by fans, some members just were not willing to go that extra step. We are, so we dicided to clean house, Shave.

We are influenced by almost every artist who we have ever listened to.
