we were suppose to be a japanese punk band but...instead we are a bit more moody, melodic, inspired by bands such as The Who, lots of lead guitar work, long instrumentals, and occasional bits of singing.
Why this name?
The drummer always wanted to play in a Japanese Punk Band called Doitashimushita. Which I think means your welcome. Half her dream came true.
Do you play live?
We live in a largish country town (pop =25000) in Australia called Mildura. We play regular gigs at the Semi Arid Demozone - a created scene to get original music exposed. We try and avoid pubs and cover bands as much as possible
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Internet is the greates thing for the music industry since the electrification of the guitar.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
most probably not, but we could do with a decent recording - our zoom ps-02 has seen better days.
