Aorta is currently working on their first CD due out in June 25th of this year (2004). They are also planning a 15 day tour for August. Keep you eyes open.

Everything Said To Me
Aorta is a Sudbury based Ontario Emocore band.
Why this name?
It's a funny story, in a way. We were in class stumbled over the word Aorta. Sounded cool, so we took it.
Do you play live?
Yah, we've played our share of live shows. The really special thing about playing live is when the audience goes to what your doing. I don't think there's a better feeling than kids moshing or coming to talk to you afterwards.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's great, you can become globally famous with out literally being famous.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure, who wouldn't?
Your influences?
I can't really say our band has had any major influenced other than that of the pop punk genre.
Favorite spot?
