Jonzer Jackson was formed in 2003 as a solo project of James Peck. This new "Genre-Bending" sound has been labeled as "Trip Rock."
Why this name?
My oldest brother and his friends were "Dead Heads." Almost enough said right there. They'd get high and call me "Jonser" or "Jackson." So, when it came time to name the project, Jonzer Jackson was the first to come to mind.
Do you play live?
I currently do not play live. The music is played at resturaunts and clubs, but there are no immediate plans to play live.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It enables musicians to get their music heard by masses of people that would usually not get a chance to listen.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes

I love huge guitar, but I also love a nice hip-hop beat
Favorite spot?
The desert....right here in Arizona. The air is so clean and the sky is as blue as you will find anywhere on earth.
