SoundClick artist: 99DollarDemos - songwriters demos for $99 and up

We do inexpensive but very good song demos for songwriters and artists. Working with http://www.seattlesongworks.com, and http://www.99DollarDemos.com we put production to a songwriter's written song or we even write music for hire to a lyricist's words, and demo that. Everything on this site is the best of the work we've done lately. Keep chacking back for more great material.

Why this name?

I realized in working with great collaborators that there were many more lyricists than music writers for one thing. And the biggest problem was getting pitchable quality demos when no one had much money. So I made a joke about 99DollarDemos... then thought it was a catchy name. After looking into it I discovered that with the current technology I probably could do a basic demo for $99 and add in extra instruments for additional cost... But the $99 dollar demos are often enough.

Do you play live?

We play live and tour, though the demoing keeps us busy lately. So we play locally in the Tampa, Florida area wherever they will have us.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

We'd sign sure, but there would have to be a great deal of artistic freedom since we would be developing and producing, most likely, a complete master.

Your influences?

Joni, Bonnie, Steven Stills, Eric Clapton, Hendrix, and a lot of the new alternative rock music like Linkin Park, etc. Also many newer country artists are a turnon.

Favorite spot?

Besides Clearwater, Florida it has to be NYC.
