Mion is my nickname since childhood. It's short for Mi Young which in Korean stands for Beauty and Intelligence.

I have not played live yet. I do plan on doing shows this summer.

I think the internet helps to level the playing field and give exposure to independent artists who might not otherwise have the means to gain such exposure through traditional methods.

My influences Aaliyah, Missy Elliot, En Vogue, Janet, and Tamia. I get inspired by everyday experiences and things I overhear in public. I like to drive my car and reflect on this that've happened in my past. I have wriiten just about every song I wrote while humming to myself in my car. That's why road trips are ideal for me:)
