Hello there!My name is Alex, but I called myself DJ NiTS because it sounds fun and proper for a girl, anyway, I started making music since 1994, but I have been studying medicine for the past 9 years, so I have not been able to ever publish any music.
Why this name?
My name is based on one of sega's characters, called NiGHTS, so I just will say my Dj name is Sweet NiTS, but now I'm changing to a more modern name DJ Ladybeat
Do you play live?
Oh, I have not played live in a long time, but I would do it again. I played in my high school and in the university and also in my many parties back in Mexico city.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It helps to spread out the music that has never been heard, because of lack of time or lack of someone to promote the music
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If it would be possible, yes
Band History:
Not much to it, except my music has changed over the years from being ballad pianos to electric beats and synths now.
Your influences?
Mainly all the greatest DJ's from the ministry of sound, but I love the style of DJ alligator, Chemical Brothers, Van Dal, Paul Oakenfold, well who doens't like these guys?
Favorite spot?
Niagara Falls

I use my yamaha keyboard, Dance Ejay 5 and 6, HipHop ejay and the midi synths.
