A grindcore band formed in 2002, Gaping Anus is a side project of Dave Lally, also of the more industrial metal band Kathexis ( http://www.soundclick.com/kathexis or http://www.mp3.com/kathexis ).
Why this name?
It was inspired by a truly funny (though terrifying) picture seen on the internet.
Do you play live?
No live dates as of yet.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The Internet and the mp3 format have made it possible for sicko's like me to spread my filth. I love them both.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
What major label in its right mind would sign this project... Lets just hope there's one out there that's not in its right mind.
