Tiny Techno Pieces
Hi, We are L*S*D* (or Little Stressy dog) We're basically the experimental version of a band we hope to become later on in our lives. Whilst we are L*S*D* we aim to play around with different genres of sound and dramatically change the face of Dance Music
Why this name?
Basically during a drugs lecture, also whilst listening to the beatles.
Do you play live?
Our greatest dream is to perform live, but we haven't got any gigs yet.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think that the way you can illegally download mp3's off the internet without paying the artist any money is completely wrong, unless you've brought a lot of Cd's from that artist or you are downloading MP3's of songs you brought on cd a while ago and have been scratched.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yep, no doubt, a record deal would be my greatest acheivement.
Band History:
It started with me (Matt Warren) finding this software package called ejay on one of my dads computer music cd's. I played around with it and eventually i started making some really good tunes. I played these to my friends (Ed and Jake) and they wanted to be in a band with me.
Your influences?
Orbital, The Chemical brothers, Leftfield. We don't make anything nearly as good as them though, YET!
Favorite spot?
The beach
Equipment used:
At the moment we just use ejay and computer music equipment, but we're hoping to get on to some real equipment of some kind.
