is about kick your teeth in rock and roll. From the first lick to the last cymbal crash you'll be banging your head and throwing your fist in the air...if you can stay out of the mosh pit. It is raw, pure energy, and not recommended for those impaired with ‘political correctness’. Watching this show you may get a sense that something more than metal is going on...something important is being said. You may even get the distinct impression that this isn't just a counterculture attitude, this is a revolution.

Listening closer, you may begin to hear phrases that ring in your ears for days. "There is no master plan...a conspiracy of greed...slave to the greenback" - This is getting political . . . but social as well. The topics vary: some are broad, sweeping rants, others are specific, targeted attacks on institution and media, the class war in America, and even question whether our practice of democracy in this country is still intact.

Their second album, 'Casualties of Greed' is a dynamite 11 track release that will get your heart pumping . . . and maybe even your mind. When you are ready to really rage, to loose that animal in you that suffers daily under the onslaught of media and consumer culture; then crank up the f.p.c., and let it out! f.p.c. currently plays in the Phoenix area and northern Arizona including Flagstaff and Prescott.

“Live shows are aggressive,
energetic, and inspiring...
beware of a rowdy crowd"

Why this name?
There was an initial meaning, which might have been f*?k political correctness, but the meaning varies, and is often a source of humor at shows. Also, the use of the phrase 'political correctness' is more a reference point than a creedo, and is intended to be abstracted to that larger array of socio-political problems that stem from attempts at control of ethics and ideas.
Do you play live?
fpc thrives on live shows. They are the reason for our existence as a band. Currently, fpc plays Phoenix, Prescott, Flagstaff, and Tucson.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

With record companies scrambling to understand our modern age well enough to get back on top of their ridiculous profit margins, we as artists need to be aware that they still control the major distribution channels, and ultimately, our success on a large scale. MP3's are great, but name recognition comes with media onslaught, not kazaa downloads. So if you've really got something to say, and desire beyond all else to have it be heard, you may still need a record company. Nonetheless, I futilely hope that these giants of industry come to recognize that a new business model, and probably an acceptance of smaller profits, are required for their source of income to continue to provide for them. Oh yeah, and not suing their customers would be a good start.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably
Band History:

f.p.c. formed in early 2001 with four musicians determined
to keep the heavy side of rock kicking and screaming. Three
short months later saw them gigging in Prescott and Prescott Valley.
Feeling the call for more, they sought and found the final piece,
another monster guitar player to make the sound truly furious.
When you are ready to really rage, to loose that
animal in you that suffers daily under the trappings
of civilization; then crank up the f.p.c., and let it out!
f.p.c. currently plays in the Phoenix area and northern Arizona
including Flagstaff and Prescott. Ask for them at your favorite
