Hello, My Name is John a.k.a Facts. I am a part of Chalkline Records which was created in 1998. Chalkline Records is not as big as it used to be but still promotes independent artists to create real music and tap into thier creative nature. I also used to go by the name of 2-Face but had to change it due to a DJ in my town who took the name public. Anyways I reside in Boston MA. I consider myself a real artist. I do some commercial songs but that to me is not music. An ape could make noises over a beat and I am sure someone would listen. Hell I think the current turn of today's music clearly reflects that it can happen. I believe in putting things I have lived and felt in the moments of my life in music. There is nothing greater than making a song and going back and listening to it and it takes you back to that exact moment in your life and you feel those same feelings you had at that time. I think alot of artists today need to take the same pride in thier work. I am sorry but the club, bi***es, gangsta's and h** is really not my idea of music. Infact it is not music!
