techno/trance styled music with a base in industrial and synthpop
Why this name?
this is the 4th incarnation on the style of music for this project. 1-3 fell somewhere between downtempo and synthpop and were regulated seperate names.
Do you play live?
yes, once, but would like to do so again after finding a suitable vocalist
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
opens up new avenues for the consumer to discover new artists
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
quite possibly, yes, if the time and contract were right
Band History:
started in 2000 as an exploration into song based trance/techno. found singer, performed once, lost singer to 'creative differences' (which is a nice way of putting it), been looking for new vocalist since but have not ceased to create new works.
Your influences?
mostly in the industrial and synthpop arenas, this style of music is new to me and therefore, i have no influences from it. hopefully, this gives me a fresh perspective on the sound and my outside influences will keep me from the trappings one can get into if subjected to the same style for too long
