We chose the name "Subtotal" because we believe that no one is complete, or total, without God in his or her life. We feel that our range of styles make a great way to minister to the untouched who also have a passion for music. We also believe that we would not being able to do anything without our Lord's assistance and guidance, as we owe everything to Him.

We have played all over the southeastern United States, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Georgia.

Subtotal was formed in May 2000, and has has its current 6-man line-up since January of 2002.

Subtotal combines elements of hard rock and hip-hop to form an extremely energetic sound.
