Marti's experience is extensive, from recording at Rockfield studios to live TV performances on Bravo, ITV and YTV. His influences are diverse, blending funk, rock, hiphop and jazz fusion, he believes above all, music should communicate emotion and spirit.
Marti began playing Spanish classical guitar at the age of eight, moving on in later years to electric guitar and keyboards, he started playing bass at the age of eighteen and enrolled at the London bass school's modern bass techniques course, he then began a five year period working as a professional bassist playing mainly in Yorkshire, the north east and Wales.
He then entered into a much more creative period playing in original bands, performing in London, Oxford and along the south coast.
Alongside playing bass as a band member and on a session basis, he has also performed and recorded as a solo acoustic singer/songwriter.
He is based in north London

Why this name?
That's an easy one!
Do you play live?
I have done many gigs, and I cant wait to get out there and do some more!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it gives people a wider choice, and allows them to try different things, it also gives people like me an opportunity to be heard, hopefully the record industry will learn to embrace it, if not we can do it ourselves now!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes.
