Do you play live?
I currently play live with Psychosomatic Climax Machine, A Pretty Sonic Splatter, Subduction Current and The Devil In The Design.
Your influences?
I admire a great many diverse musicians and styles, but to make a short list: Terry Riley, John Cage, Claude Debussy, Arnold Schoenberg, Kurt Weill, Brian Eno, Robert Fripp, Frank Zappa, and pretty well most of the musicians I've ever played with.
Equipment used:
MK 4902 MIDI Controller. P4 MSI CPU. Behringer UB1832FX -PRO board, Theremin, Customized 1984 Ibanez Roadstar Guitar, Ibanez ICX120 guitar, Reason 2.5, Acid 4.0, Sound Forge 6.0, Apex 410 large diaphragm mike. . Stanton STR8-100 Turntable. Pioneer CT-S405 Cassette deck. M-audio Delta 44 soundcard, M Audio studio monitors with subwoofer.
Anything else...?
I started the old fashioned way with tape loops and modified electronic gear, and later moved into commercially produced synthesizers. My current CD,'The Perfect City' is an exploration of the 50s and 60s passion for the future, and in particular, the city of the future, with hoverports, magnetic highways, moving sidewalks etc.
