Why this name?
WE ALL HAVE A SHADY NEIGHBOR. Based on the true story of Dave's old neighbor.
Do you play live?
We play in Boston and Providence, or anywhere we can find a gig. We do it for the fun.
We all have good jobs, so if we make it, BONUS!

Band History:
We've been playing since '97. Our first CD, "Shady Neighbors", was completed in January 2000. Our music has been played on WBRU in Providence; local music hour; radioboston.com.
and we have been nominated best jam band in the providence Phoenix's "best of" issue. We play covers when we have to, but only cool ones. We would like to play more all-original gigs in the future.

g-love, moe, phish, pearl jam, led zeppelin, primus, bob marley, the meters, herbie hancock. We like and play classic-style rock, heavy rock, funk, blues, jazz, and reggae. Did we miss anything?
Favorite spot?
partners pub, fitchburg ma. Or the station in Warwick, RI. Awesome sound and lighting system.
