I'm 32 years old, originally from Brazil. I used to have a band we made couple concerts together. Lately I've been working and just moved down here to San Diego 2 years ago. I used to live in SF and play with some friends and co-workers.

In my opinion here are a list of the best guitar players who influence me:
Hendrix, SRV, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Santana, Eric Clapton, Eric Johnson, Zack Wylde, Randhy Roads, Mettalica's Kirk Hammett, and others.

Bands I like:
Starting with all the ones mentioned above follow by
Old School Rock and Roll: Ramones, Sex Pistols, Billy Idol

and some Heavy Metal Bands like: Iron Maiden, Mettalica, Megadeth, Ozzy, Black Sabath, Pantera, Kiss, Rush, Deep Purple, Dio, Antrax, etc.. sEPULTURA from Brazil (now Soulfly)

and some alternative like: Papa Roach, Stand, Creed, Perfect Circle, Linkin Park, Korn, POD and others that i can't think right now.

My Gear: I have a Shecter C-1 + Guitar and a JCM 200 DSL-50 Marshall half stack and some pedal effects like: MXR Distortion Plus, Ibanez Stereo Chorus (for clean sounds), Boss Noise Suppressor and Chromatic Tuner, Dunlop 535 Q Wah pedal, digital Delay DD-3 and a compressor MXR. For recording I use a cakewalk software call sonar which I can record multiple tracks. You can check my music at:

I also have an acoustic guitar, a 12 string acoustic guitar and a eletric bass which I play to record my music.
