Impatient Leaf
We are a 6-piece melodic metalcore band from the small college town of Milledgeville, Georgia. Formed in September of 2001. Sharing a love of Jesus Christ as well as a passion for music, we all came together from different cities to combine with an awesome sound and insane live show.
Why this name?
After two name changes, we finally prayed and settled on Fall to Peace, which suits us well.
Do you play live?
Yes, live shows are our bread and butter. They are the most fun a kid could have. We usually play around the Atlanta and Tallahassee areas, but we hope to soon expand out nationwide.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It is a GREAT tool to get yourself heard to people who don't necessarily live around your area, or cannot get out to shows that often.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course. Whatever direction we are led is the course we shall follow.
Band History:
We formed in August of 2001 at Georgia College after Chris put up flyers around campus about starting a band. Within a matter of days we came together and our sound began. All we are doing now is writing as many songs as possible and letting God use us in whatever way He wants.
Little bit of a line up change. Corey has left the band for to follow where God is leading him. Everything is still great and we are still going. Therefore, Jake will be leaving the bass and taking over vocals. Our brand, spankin' new bass player is Bob!
As of Jan. 1st, Corey is now back as a memeber of the band doing vocals. We now have two vocalist. Prepare to be rocked.

Your influences?
We listen to a lot of metalcore, hardcore, and screamo music, and we have an appreciation for Motown, jazz, and classic rock.
Favorite spot?
Every spot has something special to offer.
Anything else...?
Give us a listen. Although we try to share our love for God, we are not the bible-thumping preacher kids that you might imagine. Heck, even some Christians shun our music.
